1. Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will only be considered for courses purchased directly through the MasterArtClasses website. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Courses:

Courses that have been completed or courses for which a certificate of completion has been issued are not eligible for a refund.

Courses purchased through third-party platforms or affiliates are not eligible for refunds and must be addressed through the respective platform.

3. Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the 14-day refund eligibility period.

Provide your full name, email address, order number, and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond to you within 3 business days.

4. Approval of Refund:

Refund requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

If you have not accessed more than 30% of the course content, you may be eligible for a full refund.

If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content or have completed the course, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of MasterArtClasses.

5. Refund Payment:

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

6. Refund Exceptions:

MasterArtClasses reserves the right to refuse a refund under the following circumstances:

Evidence of misuse or abuse of the refund policy.

Refund requests made after the 14-day eligibility period.

Refund requests for courses that are non-refundable as per the policy.
