Refunds will only be considered for courses purchased directly through the MasterArtClasses website. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Courses that have been completed or courses for which a certificate of completion has been issued are not eligible for a refund.
Courses purchased through third-party platforms or affiliates are not eligible for refunds and must be addressed through the respective platform.

Provide your full name, email address, order number, and the reason for your refund request.

If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content or have completed the course, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of MasterArtClasses.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
MasterArtClasses reserves the right to refuse a refund under the following circumstances:
Evidence of misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
Refund requests made after the 14-day eligibility period.
